This product is suitable for three-phase power supply systems with AC frequency of 50-60Hz and rated working voltage below 660V. The rated current of the main busbar can reach 3150A, and the distribution busbar can reach 2000A. The rated short-time withstand current icw is 50KA, and the rated peak withstand current ipk is 105KA. The recommended cabinet height is 2200mm, and the width and depth can be selected from various specifications such as 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200mm, etc. Modulus E=25mm, which is the basic unit of measurement for the design of the entire cabinet structure.

Structural design is the core competitiveness of MNS cabinets. The cabinet adopts a modular design of 25mm modular C-shaped profiles, and the frame is assembled from C-shaped steel. All structural components are galvanized and firmly connected by self tapping locking screws or 8.8 grade hexagonal bolts. This modular structure allows the cabinet to be flexibly combined as needed, supporting over 200 functional unit configurations.

隔室劃分體現(xiàn)了MNS柜的安全設(shè)計(jì)理念。 每一個柜體嚴(yán)格分隔為多個獨(dú)立隔室：水平母線室（位于柜后部或柜上部）、抽屜小室（位于柜前部）、電纜室（位于柜下部或柜前右邊），部分型號還設(shè)有小母線隔室。各隔室之間用鋼板或高強(qiáng)度阻燃塑料功能板相互隔開，上下層抽屜之間有帶通風(fēng)孔的金屬板隔離。這種設(shè)計(jì)有效防止了開關(guān)元件因故障引起的飛弧或母線與其它線路短路造成的事故。雙面操作設(shè)計(jì)在減少設(shè)備占地空間的同時，實(shí)現(xiàn)主母線系統(tǒng)與設(shè)備小室和電纜小室的完全隔離。

The division of compartments reflects the safety design concept of MNS cabinets. Each cabinet is strictly divided into multiple independent compartments: horizontal busbar compartment (located at the back or top of the cabinet), drawer compartment (located at the front of the cabinet), cable compartment (located at the bottom or right side of the cabinet), and some models also have small busbar compartments. The compartments are separated from each other by steel plates or high-strength flame-retardant plastic functional boards, and there are metal plates with ventilation holes between the upper and lower drawers. This design effectively prevents accidents caused by arcing or short circuits between busbars and other circuits due to faults in switch components. The double-sided operation design reduces the equipment footprint while achieving complete isolation between the main busbar system and the equipment and cable compartments.

The drawer unit is the most distinctive feature of MNS cabinets. The functional unit adopts a modular design, which is compact in structure and can be combined with drawer units of different moduli at will. It can accommodate more functional units in a smaller space. The drawer unit has strong interchangeability. The drawer has a three position locking function of "connection/test/separation" and supports hot plugging operation. The drawer itself is divided into two types: steel plate structure and plastic structure. This design makes equipment maintenance and circuit expansion extremely convenient - faulty units can be quickly removed and replaced without the need for a full cabinet power outage.
