　　某新機(jī)房建成后，需從舊機(jī)房整機(jī)搬遷安裝電源、傳輸、程控交換機(jī)、路由器、交換機(jī)等10余套設(shè)備，另外再新安裝4套新機(jī)柜。由于設(shè)備安裝精度直接影響設(shè)備運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定性，所以搬遷實(shí)施組提前2個月就開始了籌劃準(zhǔn)備工作：根據(jù)新機(jī)房承重分布、散熱規(guī)劃、業(yè)務(wù)類型及其關(guān)聯(lián)性等，繪制了詳盡的“XX機(jī)房設(shè)備平面布置圖”，明確了每臺設(shè)備的機(jī)架編號、安裝高度及相鄰設(shè)備間距，配備水平尺、扭矩扳手等專業(yè)工具（如圖2所示），確保所有設(shè)備安裝緊密貼合。

　　10個舊機(jī)柜需整體固定在新機(jī)房預(yù)制底座上，安裝人員先用水平尺緊貼機(jī)柜側(cè)面，反復(fù)調(diào)整底座墊片，確保機(jī)柜垂直偏差不超過2mm；水平方向則通過機(jī)柜底部的調(diào)節(jié)螺栓，使多臺并柜的頂面高度差控制在1mm內(nèi)。固定時，先將機(jī)柜底部與底座用螺栓固定，再用架頂并柜連接條將相鄰機(jī)柜橫向鎖死，形成穩(wěn)固的“聯(lián)排機(jī)柜”。非常后，通過水平尺檢測時，發(fā)現(xiàn)倆機(jī)柜存在3mm的垂直偏差，安裝人員立即旋松底部螺栓，墊入厚度適中的金屬墊片重新校準(zhǔn)，直至完全符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

The installation personnel immediately loosened the bottom bolts and inserted metal washers of moderate thickness to recalibrate until they fully met the standards.

　　在新機(jī)柜中安裝搬遷設(shè)備時，還是出現(xiàn)了小狀況。新采購的機(jī)柜安裝梁是按照OSN 1800V的尺寸222mm(高)×224mm(深)×442mm(寬)設(shè)計的，但此次安裝的OSN 3500設(shè)備的子架尺寸為722mm(高)×295mm(深)×497mm(寬)，好不容易搬過來的設(shè)備卻塞不進(jìn)去，固定就更別提了。與其對著設(shè)備尷尬，不如立即改造，小王通過改造安裝梁的位置，非常終滿足了OSN 3500的安裝空間要求。
